Raffle & Silent Auction Information

Donation Deadline: 16 April 2003

We are delighted to accept donations of artwork, books, videos, training or grooming items, clothing, jewelry, handmade items, and so on—or make a donation of money with which to buy additional items. The Silent Auction will consist of unique, high interest items. The Chair, Kristina Pattison, will make the final determination as to whether a specific item will be in the Raffle or the Silent Auction. Commit to transport items to the Specialty or send your donations by 16 April to the Raffle & Silent Auction Chair.

Raffle and Silent Auction items will be on display at the Host Hotel (Ramada Inn At Six Flags). They will close just prior to the start of the Annual Meeting on Friday, 9 May. Items may be picked up after the Annual Meeting in the Raffle & Silent Auction Room. Raffle and Silent Auction items must be claimed by the end of conformation judging on Saturday, 10 May. Unclaimed Silent Auction items will be offered to the second highest bidder at that time. Unclaimed items will be donated to the 2004 Raffle. Raffle tickets will be available at the Specialty for $1 each, six for $5, or $15 for an arm's length (twenty tickets). Order now and pick up your tickets at the show.
