Tapestries: Pablo - Saturday, March 03, 2007, 7:10 PM It's a few minutes after Yiska and Shay shared a rather ominous and, especially for the lupus, frightening dream. The two passed as the Wendigo entered the cabin and Shay left, and the other three pack members are sleeping. Bits's bed is next to Hope's (a habit she got into at the cubhouse) while the ahroun is sprawled on her slim bed, still clutching the wolf backpack she picked up at her uncle's house. Tony hears both Shay leaving and Yiska entering the small cabin. He sits up slowly, rubbing his eyes and peering at the wolf. That's strange, he usually never hangs out in the cabin. "Hey," he murmurs quietly to Yiska. "What's up?" Yiska glances at Tony as he clambers onto Bit's bed, laying down over her feet - he's not about to wake her up directly, but this should get her attention. He sighs through his nose and rests his head on the foot of the bed, 'Nightmare.' Bits grumbles a little at the sound, but after a few moments, starts to awaken, blinking her eyes, "Huh? wha?" she asks, coherently. Hope snores away. Tony rolls to his knees smoothly, shuffling closer to the foot of Bits' bed. He looks at Yiska with concern, frowning. "You okay?" he asks with the tender voice one reserves for family. Yiska whines softly as Bits wakes up, 'I had a nightmare. I died.' He shakes his head from side to side, something he's picked up from the homids, 'It was gruesome. Shay was in it, and something was trying to kill him.' Bits blinks again, focusing on Yiska's words, "Died? In a nightmare?" She doesn't have any helpful input yet, instead she just hugs the Wendigo. Tony hrms. "A weird nightmare. Shay was in it, huh?" He looks to the door, where Shay recently left. "I wonder if he's having nightmares, too?" Tryst rests against Bits, feeling a little better, 'I assume so, he got up around the same time I did and he is a theurge..' Somewhere on the muck, Roon has connected. Bits wrinkles her nose, "Is that normal, I mean, to share nightmares like that?" Tony stands up, going to the door. "Where did Shay go, then? This might have been another vision of his. The thing that was after him, was it the same thing he described the first time?" Yiska turns from Bits and peers at Tony, 'This has happened before? How many times has he dreamt of this?' The wolf describes the creature as detailed as he can remember.. along with the entire dream. Bits looks at Yiska, surprised, "No one told you?" Then she murmurs, "I guess if the galliard isn't told, no one hears about it." She twists her mouth around upset, then says, "Kinda sounds like it, I think. The moon thing, at least." Tony nods at Bits. "Sounds like the same thing. Where did he take off to?" he asks again, standing in the doorframe. "I'm going to go look for him," he says, dropping down into lupus and sniffing the air for his scent. Yiska shakes his head again, 'I don't know, he simply passed me on my way here. I told him to be a little more forthcoming about his dreams to me from now on and came inside.' The wolf huffs softly, then lays his head in Bits’s lap. Pablo (OOC) says, "Okay, let's fast forward then until Tony finds Shay coming back from talking to Whisper, meanwhile Bits has been comforting Yiska, and Hope actually woke up." Tryst whispers, "Tryst ohes, he wanted to make sure he caught Hope after the last outing to apologize for being a jerk in the car. He was just nervous being in civilization." to you. You whisper, "Pablo nods. Okay. She totally understood and was very nice about it. She just gets angry when she's nervous, she says and is sorry for yelling at you." to Tryst. Tony returns a short while later with Shay just behind him. Going back to human form once he's inside the cabin, he retakes his position on the floor nearest the fireplace, legs folded beneath him, and looks at Shay expectantly. Shay stays in lupus. He goes to sit down in the middle of the floor. 'Didn't know you guys were awake.' Scratching his ear with a footpaw, 'I had a dream, and Yiska was there, and I think Yiska had the same dream.' He explains the details enough - the darkness, the Crescent moon. 'What's important, at least what sticks out to me is this - this Bane is targeting someone, a Him. He's shown up in the heart of two Caerns, of two Septs. He killed the Totem in one, and Yiska in the heart of his old Sept.' Hope gasps, "Do you know who he is targeting?" This question is probably redundant, or silly, since Shay would have mentioned it, but... Bits frowns, pursing her lips. "Someone related to both septs?" Tony thinks for a while, listening to Shay's story and what the others think about it. Visions are a piss-off, he thinks. "Maybe Yiska, or... Who else is of both septs?" 'I don't know the significance of Yiska being part of the dream,' says Shay. 'The Bane seemed pretty pissed off about him, but Yiska was... well, challenging him, getting in his way. He was probably making an example. I don't know. Maybe we should go visit Yiska's sept? See if I get any weird tinglings?' Bits nods, "That seems like a good idea." She looks down at the lupus, who seems to have fallen asleep. "We can just go there, right? I mean, I don't know all the protocols, but I think we just have to ask Brother-of-the-Dawn if he will open a Moon Bridge for us, because we're connected to them." Tony nods at Bits. "Or we could drive there. There's no reason why we couldn't simply go there, you know? Still, it doesn't mean something is up necessarily. But I would be agreeable to go." 'We'd still want to check and make sure that everything's cool with the other sept,' says Shay. 'I don't want to step on someone else's turf without the proper "how do you do" thing.' Bits nods in agreement. Hope says, "We should get our totem first, though. And..." she looks down at the sleeping wolf. "We really need to figure out a way so Yiska can be comfortable sleeping with us, I think. It worries me that he's outside there by himself." Shay lolls his tongue. 'Kelly said we should be sleeping together as a pack.' Bits asks, "Do all packs do that?" She looks back and forth between them. "Seems like it could be, you know, trouble or something." 'Nah, she said it was good for everybody to sleep in one place.'
